1. Services & Appointments
- Appointments are confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation.
- Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeited deposit.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.
2. Payments & Refunds
- All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Deposits for services are non-refundable.
- No refunds for completed services or opened/used products.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, images, text) belongs to Beautique Brows & Beyond and cannot be copied or used without permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
Beautique Brows & Beyond is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or website.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
